The role involves handling inquiries, coordinating with airline partners, and monitoring shipments from origin to destination. The candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree and have knowledge of cargo operations, air freight, aviation, and sales.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitors the flights both online and interline.
• Answers inquiries via emails or calls from customers regarding commodities, transit, routing etc.
• Arrange cargo reservations and bookings for both online and interline.
• Sending email booking confirmations to the customers.
• Daily telesales / telemarketing information with customers.
• Monitors all shipments from origin to final destination and sends updates to the customers.
• Coordinate with our counterpart stations and airlines partners for booking requests and other concerns.
• Checking inputted rates and fixing errors in the system.
• Coordinate and monitor issues from the operations team such as offloaded, late docs/cargo, etc.
