Job summary

MHI Investment Holdings Inc. is seeking a Cargo Inside Sales Representative in Cebu. The role focuses on managing cargo sales, handling inquiries, and maintaining accurate cargo bookings and rates. You will monitor flights, coordinate with airline partners, and ensure timely updates to customers.

Responsibilities

• Monitors the flights both online and interline.
• Answers inquiry via emails or calls from customers regarding commodities, transit, routing etc.
• Arrange cargo reservations and bookings for both online and interline.
• Sending email booking confirmations to the customers.
• Daily telesales / telemarketing information with customers.
• Monitors all shipments from origin to final destination and sends updates to the customers.
• Coordinate with our counterpart stations and airlines partners for booking requests and other concerns.
• Checking inputted rates and fixing errors in the system.
• Coordinate and monitor issues from the operations team such as offloaded, late docs/cargo, etc.
