MHI Investment Holdings Inc. is seeking a Cargo Inside Sales Representative to manage cargo sales, monitor bookings, and maintain accurate rates, ensuring smooth customer service from inquiry to final disposition.

The role focuses on optimizing freight operations and delivering reliable information to clients. You will handle inquiries via email and phone, arrange reservations, send confirmations, and coordinate with stations and airline partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Understanding of flight/cargo operations.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong customer-service mindset.
• Knowledge of cargo, air freight, aviation, and sales.

Responsibilities

• Monitors the flights both online and interline.
• Answers inquiry via emails or calls from customers regarding commodities, transit, routing etc.
• Arrange cargo reservations and bookings for both online and interline.
• Sending email booking confirmations to the customers.
• Daily telesales / telemarketing information with customers.
• Monitors all shipments from origin to final destination and sends updates to the customers.
• Coordinate with our counterpart stations and airlines partners for booking requests and other concerns.
• Checking inputted rates and fixing errors in the system.
• Coordinate and monitor issues from the operations team such as offloaded, late docs/cargo, etc.
