The Opportunity

We're hiring an AI Solutions & Partner Operations Associate for a fast-growing mobile app marketing and performance advertising company — owning partner-side workflows end to end and using AI to accelerate research, documentation, QA, and process design across the team.

What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like

• Partner Workflow Ownership: Own selected partner-side workflows end to end, including setup, launch coordination, tracking, troubleshooting, follow-up, and continuous improvement.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with Account Managers and other teammates to understand campaign needs and turn them into clear execution plans.
• Partner Coordination: Coordinate with external partners on setup materials, tracking requirements, testing, launch details, issue resolution, and ongoing updates.
• AI-Accelerated Execution: Use AI to accelerate research, documentation, communication, QA, data comparison, issue tracking, and workflow design.
• Process Improvement: Spot recurring execution problems and turn them into reusable workflows, templates, checklists, trackers, AI-assisted processes, or automation ideas, working with the tech team to deliver them.
• Cross-Functional Support: Bring in the right internal support when needed while staying accountable for the outcome.
• Operational Organization: Organize complex operational context so product and engineering teams can act on it effectively.
• Growth Support: Help the team respond to emerging growth opportunities, including performance-based Connected TV campaigns.

What You Bring

• Language Fluency: Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
• Ownership: You take ownership and follow through — you care whether the work actually succeeded, not just whether the steps were completed.
• Technical Literacy: You do not need to be an engineer, but you're able to learn how tracking, data flows, APIs, product constraints, and automation logic work fast, and communicate effectively with software engineers.
• Communication: Clear, thoughtful communication with both internal teams and external partners.
• AI Fluency: You already use AI in practical ways, or you're highly motivated to make AI a core part of how you work.
• Structuring Ambiguity: You can bring structure to messy information and turn it into something other people or systems can act on, and you're comfortable moving forward when the playbook is still being built.
• Documentation Comfort: Comfortable working with documents, spreadsheets, trackers, dashboards, briefs, and operational records.
• Location: Based in the U.S. and authorized to work in the U.S.

Bonus Points if

• You have experience in operations, customer success, product operations, technical coordination, agency work, or a startup environment.
• You have exposure to ad tech, mobile marketing, CTV, campaign operations, partner onboarding, MMPs, tracking links, or performance marketing.
• You have experience building small automations, AI workflows, trackers, internal tools, documentation systems, or process templates that made real impact.
• You have experience working across English- and Mandarin-speaking teams or partners.
• You have a background or strong interest in growth, content, video, creator work, community, or go-to-market, especially if you also enjoy operational problem-solving.
