GrowthAssistant is hiring an Affiliate / Influencer Marketing Assistant to support a fast-growing DTC brand. You will manually source creators with 20K+ followers, conduct high-volume outreach via Instagram DMs and email, and manage product samples and intake communications.

You’ll keep an organized outreach tracker, produce weekly pipeline summaries, and respond to inquiries in a warm, professional tone. This role is fully remote with Pacific Time hours and a focus on creator fit and timely

The Opportunity

We’re hiring an Affiliate / Influencer Marketing Assistant to support the affiliate program of a fast-growing DTC consumer brand — with Instagram creator sourcing and outreach as the clear priority focus. You’ll manually source creators who fit niche profiles provided by the client team (such as moms), with a 20K+ follower minimum and strong engagement, and complete 100–200 personalized outreaches per week via DM and email. You’ll also manage the affiliate inbox, coordinate product samples for interested creators, maintain the outreach tracking spreadsheet, and send weekly pipeline summaries — operating as the operational layer of the affiliate program while program approvals and ongoing relationships stay with the client lead. This role is built for someone with a strong eye for creator fit, comfort with high-volume outreach, and warm, professional written communication that reflects the brand.

What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like

• Creator Sourcing & Outreach: Manually source creators on Instagram against niche profiles provided by the client team — identifying creators with 20K+ followers and strong engagement who fit the brand and are likely to convert; complete 100–200 personalized outreaches per week via DM from the company Instagram account and via email when listed in the creator’s bio, using provided templates personalized to each creator.
• Sample Coordination & Follow-Up: Coordinate product samples for creators who want to try the product before signing up — placing orders and following up through program sign-up to keep interested creators moving through the pipeline.
• Tracking & Weekly Reporting: Maintain the outreach tracking spreadsheet with current status for each creator contacted (signed up, in conversation, product sent); send a weekly summary email to the client lead covering outreach volume and pipeline status without being asked.
• Affiliate Inbox Management: Manage the affiliate inbox — answering FAQs, troubleshooting creator questions, handling product send requests, and tagging weekly giveaway entries for winner selection.

What You Bring

• Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Experience: Hands-on experience in affiliate and/or influencer marketing, including creator outreach and onboarding — with demonstrated experience manually sourcing creators on Instagram and a strong instinct for who to reach out to and who to skip.
• High-Volume Outreach Comfort: Proven comfort executing 100+ personalized outreaches per week with consistent quality — energized rather than overwhelmed by a full outreach pipeline and capable of maintaining warmth and professionalism at volume.
• Written Communication: Strong written English with warm, friendly, and professional communication across both email and DM — able to personalize templates in a way that feels authentic to each creator.
• Proactive Communication & Organization: Proactive about sending weekly progress updates without being prompted; basic proficiency in Gmail, Excel, and Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.
• Availability: Ability to work Pacific Time hours consistently.

Bonus Points if

• You have creator sourcing experience on YouTube, TikTok, or Substack in addition to Instagram.
• You have experience with QC of ongoing creator campaigns and posted content.
• You have experience in a similar industry or DTC consumer brand environment.
