Job summary

GrowthAssistant, LLC is hiring an Affiliate/Influencer Marketing Assistant to source TikTok creators for the brand's affiliate program and manage outreach, tracking, and campaign quality.

You'll build creator lists, conduct content research, and coordinate templated outreach across TikTok Shop Seller Center. This role requires strong English communication, spreadsheet skills, and availability for US Eastern Time hours.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience executing influencer marketing or affiliate marketing campaigns.
• 1+ year of TikTok experience.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Intermediate experience with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Ability to work US Eastern Time hours.

Responsibilities

• Source TikTok content creators and invite them to join the brand's TikTok Shop Affiliate Program, with a minimum of 500 invites per week.
• Pull content that TikTok Shop creators are posting to inform outreach and fit.
• Build lists of qualified affiliates and influencers based on follower count, engagement, and content alignment with the brand's mission.
• Manage the tracking spreadsheet and report on outreach volume and response rate.
• Handle templated outreach and coordination in TikTok Shop Seller Center or via personal TikTok accounts when needed.
• Manage outreach administrative and data entry touchpoints.
• Escalate issues with affiliate or influencer contract negotiation and deliverables when appropriate.
• Draft project briefing documents to ensure creators understand product messaging and QC ongoing campaigns.

The Opportunity

We're hiring an Affiliate/Influencer Marketing Assistant for a direct-to-consumer brand — sourcing and recruiting TikTok creators into the brand's TikTok Shop affiliate program, and managing outreach, tracking, and campaign quality.

What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like

• Creator Sourcing & Outreach: Source TikTok content creators and invite them to join the brand's TikTok Shop Affiliate Program, with a minimum of 500 invites per week.
• Content Research: Pull content that TikTok Shop creators are posting to inform outreach and fit.
• Affiliate Lists: Build lists of qualified affiliates and influencers based on client parameters such as follower count, engagement, content alignment with the brand's mission, and estimated CAC.
• Tracking & Reporting: Manage the tracking spreadsheet and report on outreach volume and response rate.
• Templated Outreach: Handle templated outreach and coordination, mostly in TikTok Shop Seller Center, from the brand's account or a personal TikTok account when needed, and over the phone if required.
• Admin & Data Entry: Manage outreach administrative and data entry touchpoints.
• Escalations: Escalate issues with affiliate or influencer contract negotiation and deliverables when appropriate.
• Briefs & QC: Draft project briefing documents, with client guidance, so creators understand product messaging and content guidelines, and QC ongoing campaigns to confirm posted content follows the guidelines.

What You Bring

• Campaign Experience: 2+ years of experience executing influencer marketing or affiliate marketing campaigns.
• TikTok: 1+ years of experience with TikTok.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Spreadsheets: Intermediate experience with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Availability: Ability to work US Eastern Time hours.

Bonus Points if:

• You have experience with Gmail and Slack for team communications.
• You want to grow into facilitating contract closing.
