Keka Technologies Private Limited is seeking a Workato AI Specialist to design, develop, and deploy Genie-driven automations and AI-powered integrations using the Workato platform. You will connect Netsuite, Coupa, Concur, Zuora, and other systems to streamline business processes.

Responsibilities include architecture leadership, data transformation, monitoring, documentation, and ongoing AI/trend learning to drive digital transformation across the organization.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying Genie on Workato.
• Strong iPaaS and EAI knowledge.
• Experience with Workato AI capabilities (AI by Workato, IDP, Agentic AI).
• Proficiency with REST/SOAP APIs and data formats (JSON, XML, CSV).
• Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Workato certifications desirable.
• Agile/Scrum experience considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Genie-based automations.
• Establish and maintain integrations between apps (e.g., Netsuite, Coupa, Concur, Zuora).
• Lead solution design with stakeholders and IT teams.
• Handle data transformation and mapping across systems.
• Implement robust error handling, logging, and monitoring for Workato recipes.
• Monitor performance and optimize Workato integrations.
• Create technical documentation and enforce best practices and security standards.
• Provide troubleshooting and support for Workato integrations.
• Keep up-to-date with AI advancements and industry trends.
