Hireframe is seeking a driven specialist to design, build, and optimize AI-powered workflows and system integrations across Airtable, Google Workspace, and Notion. You will connect multiple platforms to ensure seamless communication and automate data flows that empower AI tools to access critical information.

The role emphasizes improving data organization, maintaining data quality, and identifying automation opportunities within business processes.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Airtable, Google Workspace, and Notion.
• Ability to connect tools and platforms; experience building workflows that enable systems to communicate.
• Comfort working with AI tools (Claude) and understanding their capabilities and limitations.
• Strong understanding of business processes and operations; ability to think strategically about workflow design.
• Problem-solving: identify automation opportunities and think through practical solutions.
• Technical mindset: comfortable with technical concepts and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize AI-powered workflows and integrations.
• Connect and integrate multiple platforms to work together seamlessly.
• Set up data flows between systems to enable AI tools to access information.
• Work with Claude and other AI tools to refine automated processes.
• Improve data organization across Airtable, Google Workspace, and other systems.
• Audit and enhance the operations manual to identify automation opportunities.
• Maintain platforms and keep data clean on an ongoing basis.
• Understand business needs to design appropriate system solutions.
• Evaluate workflow feasibility and recommend improvements.
• Leverage Google Workspace admin features effectively.
