Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with major AI platforms and technologies.
• Experience building AI agents, automations, and integrations.
• Experience with APIs, webhooks, connectors, databases, and automation platforms.
• Ability to evaluate AI tools for business outcomes and select suitable options.
• Strong MS 365 understanding across Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Word, Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English; able to work independently.
• Proactive approach with business-operational insight.
• Commitment to staying current with AI platforms and automation tech.

Responsibilities

• Build, deploy, and maintain AI agents for business workflows.
• Integrate MS 365, Copilot, Simpro, Airtable across systems.
• Create end-to-end workflows using APIs and connectors.
• Identify inefficient processes and design automation solutions.
• Conduct research and structured problem-solving to improve decisions.
• Maintain workflows, databases, automations, knowledge bases.
• Contribute to AI strategy, testing, governance, and continuous improvement.
• Provide support across systems, data, and process improvement.
