Job summary

VARITE India Private Limited is seeking a seasoned software innovator to lead end-to-end AI-enabled product development. You will design, prototype, and scale full-stack solutions using React on the frontend and Node.js or Python on the backend, with a strong emphasis on GenAI.

Collaborate with data, product, and design teams; review architectures; mentor junior engineers; and contribute to BI dashboards while staying current with AI advancements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on software development with a track record of innovation projects.
• Strong Full-Stack experience across frontend and backend stacks.
• Proficient in React, JavaScript, and TypeScript with scalable UX.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases and modern data access patterns.
• Hands-on AI and GenAI technologies, LLMs, RAG, and model fine-tuning.
• Cloud exposure (AWS/Azure/GCP) and CI/CD/DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Ideate, design, and drive end-to-end innovation projects from concept to deployment.
• Build scalable solutions using Full-Stack Development, AI, GenAI, and Data Science.
• Apply GenAI techniques like LLMs, RAG, and prompt engineering in features.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Design, and Data teams to deliver impact.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to BI dashboards and knowledge bases.
