Job summary

Dialpad is seeking a Solutions Architect in Manila to design and implement cloud‑based contact center and unified communications solutions. You will work with clients to tailor Dialpad offerings, orchestrate deployments, and ensure a world‑class customer experience from Day 1.

You will collaborate with the team, configure call flows, and lead technical guidance while supporting adoption of best practices across the organization. This role requires alignment with US business hours.

Qualifications

• Experience with CCaaS and UCaaS deployments.
• Knowledge of VoIP codecs and networking fundamentals.
• Proven ability to consult with clients and implement enterprise communications solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure contact center call flows and integrations.
• Collaborate with clients to tailor Dialpad solutions for optimal call handling and analytics.
• Provision desk phones and guide deployment efforts for successful implementations.
• Lead deployment activities and ensure on‑time delivery with stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot issues and identify bugs during deployments.
• Analyze workflows and identify efficiency improvements.
• Conduct risk analysis and change management for projects.
• Lead video sessions to guide implementation and promote best practices.
