Job summary

Mitti seeks a Renewal Operations professional to maximise renewals for our Digital accounts from Manila. You’ll optimize renewal workflows, prep pre-call briefs, and coordinate with Expansion Account Executives to sign contracts.

You will automate repetitive tasks, improve forecasting and leverage CRM data to reduce churn and uncover expansion opportunities, aligning with regional GTM teams.

Qualifications

• Delivers renewals, sales support or account operations at high volume in a SaaS business.
• Documents current work processes clearly for systems teams to implement.
• Reads signals in CRM data (billing failures, usage drops, expansion triggers) and recommends actions.
• Strong written and spoken English for customer-facing communication.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end renewal cycle for an assigned book of Digital accounts — quotes, contract changes, approvals and documentation prepared in line with cadenced timelines.
• Act as the single point of renewal support for Expansion Account Executives in your region — pre-call brief, follow‑up and paperwork to signature.
• Prevent and resolve failed automatic renewals, billing breakdowns and blockers — diagnose root causes and route issues to the AE.
• Maintain accurate forecasting renewal data — status, risk flags, exceptions and expansion signals across tools (Salesforce, Gainsight).
• Restore AE selling capacity by automating repetitive tasks into templates and playbooks.
• Surface and nurture expansion indicators across the regional book to drive growth opportunities at renewal.
