Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of operations and people management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Computing or related field.
• Proven adaptability to tech-driven operations and AI-native mindset.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize operations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end deployment of small to medium projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Monitor KPIs and maintain high client satisfaction across engagements.
• Design tracking, monitoring, and reporting for SLAs per client engagement.
• Direct RCA documentation and define resolution and operations strategies.
• Identify risks and drive mitigation with operations leadership.
