Job summary

You will oversee day-to-day operations and project delivery, partnering with stakeholders to ensure reliable performance and informed decision making.

The role requires deep IAM experience, strong data analysis capabilities with BI tools, and familiarity with Agile/Scrum methods; familiarity with AI tools and prompt engineering is a plus.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in business operations, operations management or service delivery.
• 10 years' experience with Identity Access Management.
• Experience designing and managing automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate, preferably with certification.
• Strong experience in data analysis and service reporting tools such as Power BI, Alteryx, Tableau or Splunk.
• Knowledge of service management platforms such as ServiceNow, Helix or Remedy, with an understanding of governance and controls.
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and delivery management skills, with experience working in structured project methods such as Agile or Scrum.
• Experience with AI tools and prompt engineering is an advantage.
