Job summary

Ethos, a new expert network, seeks experienced directors of revenue strategy to help train their language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. This flexible, remote role focuses on creating and refining AI-assisted sales materials.

You will own territory and quota design, build compelling forecast decks, and develop go-to-market plans for new segments. Excellent written communication and mastery of document craftsmanship are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales strategy, go-to-market planning, or revenue leadership, with direct ownership of territory and quota design and pipeline forecast decks.
• Fluency with forecast methodology, sales battlecard development, and building compensation plan and incentive structure proposals.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
• Design territory/quota models and pipeline forecast decks for leadership reviews.
• Develop go-to-market launch plans for new segments or products and write win/loss analyses.
