This is a hands-on leadership role that blends strategy with practical execution, leveraging AI to boost efficiency, personalization, and performance. Fully remote, independent contractor, with monthly base pay of USD 1,500–2,000 and KPI-based bonuses.

Qualifications

• Marketing strategy development and planning
• Ability to build and execute campaigns across channels
• Comfort with AI-enabled marketing tools and data-driven insights
• Strong collaboration with product, design, and sales
• Excellent communication and leadership in a fast-moving environment

Responsibilities

• Develop integrated marketing strategies and annual/quarterly plans; support product launches
• Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize product launches and campaigns (educational, evergreen, email, webinars, social)
• Leverage AI for research, insights, copy, planning, SEO, reporting, analytics and automation
• Monitor performance KPIs; optimize conversions and ROI across channels
• Collaborate with product, sales, partnerships, operations and design to drive growth
