Job summary

HUMAN INTELLIGENCE CO., LTD. is seeking a Strategy Manager for a remote, contractor role. You will lead strategy across AI services, digital products, and multiple vertical launches, while building a unified roadmap aligned with executive vision and measurable outcomes.

You will manage dozens of cross-functional initiatives, drive data-informed decisions, and deliver AI-powered dashboards that forecast KPIs and risks. Excellent English required. Remote work with global overlap expected.

Qualifications

4+ years in strategy, operations, or management consulting in tech-enabled firms.
Experience implementing strategy across product portfolios and launches.
Proficient with KPI frameworks and OKRs; dashboards and planning tools; AI-enabled analytics.

Responsibilities

Lead strategy implementation across product ecosystem including AI services and digital products.
Own an integrated enterprise strategic roadmap: prioritize initiatives, define milestones, allocate resources, and translate executive vision into measurable outcomes.
Manage delivery across many projects: set targets, align cross-functional teams, remove blockers, ensure timely impact.
Build and maintain AI-enhanced KPI dashboards and predictive reports; run strategic reviews and lead mitigation for risks.
