Moxie is seeking a PH - Paid Media Creative Specialist to own the creative outcomes for paid social campaigns, from concepts to final deliverables, driving CTR, hook rate, and ROI. You will build AI-augmented workflows and create compelling static and video ads while maintaining high creative standards.

You will analyze performance data to refine approaches, write directions, and ship work with autonomy, ultimately delivering ads that convert and scale with the team.

Qualifications

• Top-tier aesthetic taste with strong sense of layouts, fonts, and styling for multiple aesthetics.
• Creative ownership: write direction, ship static and video within frameworks, own performance.
• Performance fluency: think in metrics like CTR, hook rate, cost per result, ROI.
• Trend fluency: spot trends and translate into on-brand creatives.
• AI augmentation: build and own AI-augmented workflows for concepting, production, testing.
• Production mastery: deep command of specs, file setup, AI tools, and platform requirements.

Responsibilities
