Job summary

Moxie, a global, remote-first team, is hiring an SEO Specialist (PH) to build and scale an enterprise SEO program for MedSpa clients. You’ll own end-to-end SEO, audits, keyword strategy, AI agents, and reporting systems, shaping how Moxie approaches SEO long-term.

You’ll collaborate with content, paid media, and client success to align SEO with marketing strategy, create SOPs, and implement AI-powered workflows that reduce manual work while driving measurable growth.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in SEO including on-page, technical SEO, keyword research, and site audits.
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools like GSC, GA4, Ahrefs, and SEMrush.
• Interest or experience in AI tools and automation (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Own SEO execution end-to-end for a portfolio of enterprise clients including audits, keyword research, on-page optimization, execution, and reporting.
• Drive measurable organic growth with clear attribution to your work.
• Build AI-powered workflows to reduce manual work and increase consistency.
• Improve and scale SEO processes into SOPs and playbooks.
• Enhance SEO reporting and deliver actionable insights to internal teams and clients.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with content, paid media, and client success teams.
• Contribute to program evolution and define best-in-class SEO at Moxie.
