Moxie is seeking a Media Buyer Specialist to own the performance of a large book of campaigns for aesthetic entrepreneurs, from strategy through optimization, with cross-functional collaboration to secure results.

You will leverage AI to scale both quality and volume, while maintaining your own judgment and tracking accuracy to ensure campaigns move the needle for clients and the team.

Qualifications

• Own the performance of a large, complex book of campaigns and be accountable for outcomes.
• Make independent judgments when following playbooks or adapting strategies.
• Apply rigorous testing and pattern recognition to drive results.
• Pull and interpret data to diagnose health of accounts and mitigate risk.
• Leverage AI to scale volume and quality without lose of judgment.

Responsibilities

• Own the performance of a large, complex book of campaigns, initially ~50 accounts, from setup to optimization.
• Build mastery of reporting and tracking systems to diagnose account health quickly.
• Use AI as leverage to run more accounts at a higher level with data-driven bets.
• Share best practices and workflows to improve team processes.
• Influence clients and cross-functional teams toward better campaign performance.
