• Manage the Director's calendar, inbox, and priorities; screen communications.
• Prepare meeting agendas, briefing notes, and pre-reads; capture actions.
• Coordinate travel, logistics, and scheduling.
• Draft and send communications on the Director's behalf.
• Engage externally with clients, partners, suppliers on his behalf.
• Identify tasks AI can handle and implement automation.
