tml Partners is seeking a Manager of AI & ML Applications to shape and drive its AI strategy. This hands‑on leadership role balances immediate implementation with long‑term vision, supporting AI adoption across business and client‑facing functions.

You will lead projects from concept through deployment and train staff for smooth adoption. Partner with leaders to identify AI/ML opportunities, design proofs‑of‑concepts, manage end‑to‑end delivery, and build governance frameworks and a long‑term AI

Qualifications

• Extensive AI/ML engineering experience with deployment in cloud or microservice environments.
• Strong knowledge of Generative AI, prompt engineering, ML algorithms and data integration.
• Experience with structured and unstructured data, statistical analysis, and data science programming.
• Proven project management skills with cross‑functional teams and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to identify AI/ML opportunities.
• Evaluate commercial AI solutions, design proofs‑of‑concepts, and recommend tools.
• Lead AI projects end‑to‑end: requirements, testing, rollout, change management.
• Build AI/ML tools to support budgeting, forecasting, and workflow automation.
• Develop governance frameworks and a long‑term AI roadmap.
• Provide training, documentation, and support to ensure adoption.
