The role focuses on translating complex AI work into revenue impact, mentoring AI specialists, and driving adoption among executives and frontline sellers. Collaboration with product, engineering, and sales is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years selling complex B2B enterprise software with multi-stakeholder deals.
• Applied mastery of GenAI and LLM deployment in GTM environments.
• Track record of building or operationalizing ML models for forecasting, scoring, or segmentation tied to sales outcomes.
• Fluency in sales strategy fundamentals—pipeline mechanics, customer journey mapping, competitive positioning.
• Exceptional communication range—whiteboarding with data engineers and presenting ROI to C-suite.
• Experience developing junior or peer-level AI/ML talent.

Responsibilities

• Create intelligent, in-the-moment selling tools with GenAI-driven deal scores and buyer-intent cues.
• Engineer predictive forecasting models with ML pipelines and rapid recalibration.
• Define the multi-channel, multi-market AI strategy aligned with revenue goals.
• Mentor L2 AI specialists through hands-on code reviews and architecture discussions.
• Translate model logic and ROI into business language to energize executives and reps.
