The role blends strategic consulting with hands-on client success, requiring strong communication, analytical rigor, and the ability to navigate fast-growth enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in consulting, account management, presales, software project management or solution-related work.
• Experience in fintech, banking, telecoms or martech industries, or enterprise sales is a plus.
• Ability to understand customer needs and current business systems.

Responsibilities

• Design AI Talkbot solutions for large enterprise customers, aligning product capabilities with customer business needs.
• Define scope for solution integration, customization, and interfaces with customer systems.
• Lead project delivery, planning, coordination, risk management until final delivery.
• Maintain client engagement through quarterly business reviews and product training.
• Manage change requests and incidents per SLA, analyze usage data to improve adoption and reduce churn.
• Identify gaps between expectations and performance, mobilize resources for optimization.
