Job summary

Create Synergies Inc. in Manila is seeking a senior solutions architect to lead the design and development of Conversational AI, IVR, and chatbot solutions, with hands-on coding for cloud-native web applications.

You will collaborate with tech leads, SMEs, UX designers, and stakeholders to craft scalable architectures and APIs. Requirements include strong cloud platform expertise (AWS/Azure/GCP), API design mastery, and excellent cross-functional communication.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Gather integration requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions in collaboration with development, infrastructure, and product teams.
