Qualifications

• 8+ years leading software delivery programs and technical teams.
• Experience managing cross-functional and distributed organizations.
• Strong coaching, mentoring, and people development capabilities.
• Ability to create clarity in complex and rapidly changing environments.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Knowledge of modern software architectures, microservices, and Platform Engineering and DevOps practices.
• Understanding of Agile and product-centric delivery models.
• Familiarity with data and analytics ecosystems, and AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, or MLOps initiatives.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to connect technology strategy with business outcomes.
• Experience managing risks, budgets, and delivery governance.
• Genuine enthusiasm for AI and its impact on engineering, with a growth mindset and commitment to continuous learning.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
