EPAM Systems seeks a Technical Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end software and AI-enabled product delivery. You will guide distributed LATAM teams across multiple technologies, applying AI-driven practices to improve quality, velocity, and outcomes.

Responsibilities include shaping roadmaps with executives, translating business goals into technology strategies, and mentoring engineers. A growth mindset and strong communication are essential for success in a dynamic, AI-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading software delivery programs and technical teams.
• Experience managing cross-functional and distributed organizations.
• Strong coaching, mentoring, and people development capabilities.
• Ability to create clarity in complex and rapidly changing environments.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Knowledge of modern software architectures, microservices, and Platform Engineering and DevOps practices.
• Understanding of Agile and product-centric delivery models.
• Familiarity with data and analytics ecosystems, and AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, or MLOps initiatives.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
