Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years leadership experience in data analytics, ML and AI.
• Proven track record designing and implementing ML/AI solutions.
• Deep understanding of ML including deep learning, statistics, CNN/RNN, transformers, LLMs (RAG), privacy-preserving ML and security fundamentals.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries/frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.
• SQL and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP familiarity.
• Experience engaging senior stakeholders to secure funding for ML/AI projects.
