The role emphasizes managing P&L, coordinating with Finance and Operations, and fostering growth through strategic account expansion while applying SDLC and Agile practices.

Qualifications

• 6 to 9+ years in Client Services, Account Management, or Customer Success within IT services or software environments.
• Mentoring or leading Account Managers or client-facing teams.
• Experience managing mid-market and SMB client portfolios.
• Understanding of account economics, revenue growth, margins, and P&L.
• Experience applying AI tools, analytics platforms, or automation in daily operations.
• Familiarity with SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and modern engineering practices.
• Ability to engage with CTOs and senior business stakeholders.
• English proficiency of B2+ or higher.

Responsibilities

• Lead client relationships and ensure account health across Core and SMB segments.
• Mentor and support Account Managers, guiding communication and engagement.
• Drive operating frameworks, health tracking, and escalation paths.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI tools and automation to improve reporting and efficiency.
• Own P&L metrics, margins, and account profitability.
• Collaborate with Delivery, Engineering, and Operations to align delivery with client expectations.
