Qualifications

• 6 to 9+ years in Client Services, Account Management, or Customer Success within IT services, software consulting, or technology environments.
• Mentored or led Account Managers or client-facing teams.
• Proven success managing mid-market and SMB client portfolios.
• Strong understanding of account economics, including revenue growth, margins, and P&L.
• Practical experience applying AI tools, analytics platforms, or productivity automations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Team Leadership & Client Management across Core and SMB tiers, mentoring Account Managers.
• Own escalation management and align expectations with delivery teams.
• Design scalable operating frameworks with health tracking and weekly/monthly cadences.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI tools and workflow automation to reduce manual tasks and improve reporting.
• Own P&L metrics and drive organic growth across assigned segments.
