Job summary

Merkle in Makati is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of multiple concurrent programs, spanning custom apps, workflow automations, data work, and AI-powered initiatives. You will coordinate software engineers, data engineers, and analysts across three time zones, ensure commitments, manage dependencies, and keep partners informed with clear status.

The role requires 3–7 years in project delivery, offshore coordination, and a practical grasp of the software lifecycle;

Qualifications

• 3–7 years managing projects, with 2–4 years delivering software/applications.
• Experience coordinating distributed/offshore teams across time zones.
• Strong communication translating between technical and business stakeholders.
• Hands-on familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
• Experience with Azure-based web applications and Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery of multiple concurrent build programs from intake to deployment.
• Lead a distributed team across three time zones and keep work moving.
• Bridge between Finance, Sales, Delivery, HR and the build team.
• Run delivery cadence and surface risks early with recommendations.
