Job summary

IntouchCX is seeking an AI Automation and Integration Specialist to lead the design and deployment of AI-powered workflows across business processes. You will develop prompts, configure AI agents, and integrate automation with CRM/ERP systems while partnering with data engineers, developers, and business stakeholders.

The role requires hands-on AI configuration experience, strong problem-solving, and the ability to manage complex technical roadmaps in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
• At least 2 years of experience specifically in advanced AI configuration.
• Hands-on experience implementing AI and automation use cases in organizations.
• Prior experience in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry is highly preferred.
• Foundational knowledge of REGEX, HTML, and CSS.
• Advanced technical proficiency in RPA, AI/ML models, API integrations, and AI tools.
• Deep understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and advanced analytics.
• Proficiency in Jira as a project management tool.
• Ability to develop and maintain strategic technology roadmaps.
• Expertise in advanced system configuration.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy specialized AI-powered agents.
• Develop, test, and refine prompts to achieve high-quality AI output.
• Set up and review Insights.
• Set up RTGs.
• Dev testing of new product rollouts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes.
• Implement and manage AI tools and integrations across platforms.
• Integrate automation with CRMs, ERPs, or communication tools.
• Troubleshoot issues in real time for maximum reliability.
• Identify opportunities for product improvement and process optimization.
