Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in global transformation initiatives with 20,000+ employees.
• Demonstrated ability to document current processes and design future-state improvements.
• Experience analyzing Sales and Go-to-Market processes and evaluating enterprise systems.
• Support for change management, training, adoption strategies, and operational readiness.

Responsibilities

• Document current-state processes and map workflows across regions.
• Identify gaps, inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and data quality issues.
• Assess automation and AI opportunities with cross-functional teams.
• Develop future-state design maps and actionable recommendations.
