Job summary

TE Connectivity is seeking a senior Program Manager for Smart Supply Chain, AI & Automation with 8–10 years of experience to drive modernization across global BUs. You will orchestrate AI centers of excellence with BU leaders and oversee end-to-end cross-functional rollouts and digital change programs.

The role requires deep supply chain expertise, proficiency in AI/ML applications, and strong stakeholder influence.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years managing complex digital transformation programs across global, matrixed environments.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes with practical AI/ML applications and analytics.
• Proven ability to influence senior BU leadership and bridge discussions between data engineers and supply chain practitioners.
• Proficiency with Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall project management frameworks with governance and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Smart Supply Chain Alignment & Evangelism: Partner with BU supply chain heads, plant managers, and procurement leaders to champion AI forecasting, intelligent inventory, network optimization, and automated fulfilment solutions.
• Integrated Supply Chain Program Delivery: Lead end-to-end cross-functional rollouts of smart supply chain initiatives across demand/supply planning, logistics, manufacturing interfaces, and digital automation.
• BU Requirements Translation & Customization: Evaluate fit-gap differences across product lines; tailor automation pipelines and models to BU constraints.
• Digital Change Enablement: Design adoption and upskilling programs for planners, buyers, and operators to drive trust and usage of algorithmic decision-support tools.
• Value Realization & KPI Governance: Track benchmarks (forecast accuracy, OTIF, inventory turns, touchless orders, cash flow) with regular ROI reporting.
