Job summary

TE Connectivity seeks a high-caliber Program Manager – Smart Supply Chain, AI & Automation with 8–10 years of experience to modernize our global supply chains. You will orchestrate AI/automation centers of excellence and work with lighthouse teams and BU leaders to deliver scalable transformations.

You will drive integration across demand/supply planning, logistics, and manufacturing interfaces, translating BU needs into automated solutions and measurable KPI improvements.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years leading complex digital transformation programs in global manufacturing or tech.
• Strong end-to-end understanding of supply chain with AI/ML/applications exposure.
• Proven ability to influence senior BU leadership and bridge data engineering with practitioners.
• Experience with Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall governance and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Smart Supply Chain Alignment & Evangelism: Partner with BU leaders to champion AI forecasting, intelligent inventory, network optimization, and automated fulfilment.
• Integrated Supply Chain Program Delivery: Lead end-to-end cross-functional rollouts across demand/supply planning, logistics, manufacturing interfaces, and digital automation.
• BU Requirements Translation & Customization: Evaluate fit-gap differences, tailor automation pipelines and models to BU constraints.
• Digital Change Enablement: Design adoption and upskilling programs for planners, buyers, and operators.
• Value Realization & KPI Governance: Track forecast accuracy, OTIF, inventory turns, touchless orders, and ROI reporting to leadership.
