Job summary

Shopee is seeking a Process Intelligence & AI Enablement Specialist to transform SOPs into AI-ready workflows and scalable processes. You will map processes, design knowledge frameworks, and build AI-enabled automation with low-code tools.

The role requires strong analytical skills and experience with AI concepts and governance. You will collaborate with Operations, Product, and Technology to implement structured digital workflows, validate AI outputs, and drive continuous improvement across

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
2–4 years of experience in Process Excellence, BPM, Operations Excellence, Automation, Knowledge Management, or related disciplines.
Experience creating process maps, workflow diagrams, decision trees, and operational documentation.
Hands-on experience with low-code/no-code platforms and workflow tools.

Responsibilities

Process Mapping & Knowledge Design: analyze and optimize processes, SOPs, policies, and business rules.
Convert complex procedures into structured maps, decision trees, and knowledge frameworks.
Design AI-ready process documentation for automation platforms, AI assistants, and LLMs.
Identify gaps, risks, and inefficiencies; recommend improvements.
Low-Code / No-Code Workflow Development: build and maintain workflows.
Develop dashboards, reports, and executive presentations.
AI Enablement & LLM Readiness: structure knowledge and decision logic for AI-assisted workflows.
Governance, Monitoring & Continuous Improvement: establish standards and track performance.
