Job summary

Shopee is looking for a Product Analyst to join the AI Implementation team in Manila. In this role, you'll support the planning and delivery of internal AI-driven tools and optimize company workflows. You'll work at the intersection of product management and project coordination while collaborating with various internal teams.

The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, driving problem-solving and improving automated solutions.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of experience in product/project management, operations, tech‑adjacent roles, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of automation tools, LLMs, or tech platforms.
• Foundational experience in data analysis, manipulation, or visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities and build business cases for AI solutions.
• Own the end-to-end delivery of workflow automation features.
• Coordinate end-to-end testing and manage rollout of new AI tools.
• Create training documentation for teams to adopt new tools.
• Act as a bridge between technical developers and non-technical users.
• Track tool adoption KPIs and support root cause analysis.
