You’ll oversee AI outputs, manage calendars, and ensure follow‑through across Notion, Google Workspace, and content systems. The role blends execution with judgment, stepping in where human input is required.

You’ll work remotely, coordinating with the AI team and providing succinct updates to the founder. Strong English, detail orientation, and proactive communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of remote operations in founder-led or multi-brand environments.
• Hands-on GoHighLevel experience: pipelines, automations, onboarding flows.
• Ability to assess and manage AI-produced work outputs.
• Strong written English and responsive communication during agreed hours.
• Comfortable working alongside AI tools as part of daily operations.
• Shopify store operations experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review the calendar weekly, verify appointments, prep materials, links.
• Triage and organize email; flag items for the founder, redirect what isn’t.
• Maintain and update Notion, ClickUp; verify AI-drafted updates before surfacing.
• Join select calls, take notes, confirm action owners and deadlines.
• Maintain SOPs; flag when processes no longer reflect operations.
• Support research and follow-up tracking requiring human judgment.
