Job summary

Axos Business Center is seeking a Marketing Data Analyst to turn Marketing and Customer data into actionable decisions. You will analyze lead flow, nurture performance, and conversions in Salesforce, build certified datasets and dashboards on Databricks, and produce market research with sources cited.

You will partner with U.S.-based analytics partners and cross-functional teams to deliver insights that drive campaigns and revenue.

Qualifications

• Expert SQL: complex joins, window functions, funnel logic and reconciliation across systems.
• Extensive Salesforce experience as an analyst or power user: Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Opportunities, Campaigns.
• Lead nurturing analytics: journey design, scoring inputs, attribution.
• Finance/financial services experience with understanding of leads and opportunities progress.
• Experience with Claude or comparable AI tools for research and summarization with source citation.
• Attention to data accuracy, QA and compliance.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Comfort in regulated environments with privacy and consent requirements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze marketing and sales lead performance end to end across funnel stages.
• Build and maintain SQL and Databricks queries and dashboards for reviews.
• Support campaign planning with segment and audience analysis and measurement against targets.
• Conduct market and campaign research using AI tools with validated outputs.
• Prepare and enrich contact/account data; apply suppression and data handling rules.
• Validate data against Salesforce and source systems; document sources and logic.
• Present findings clearly to stakeholders and drive decision making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across locations and sites.
