Qualifications

• Expert SQL with complex joins and window functions.
• Strong Salesforce SFDC experience with leads, accounts, campaigns.
• Lead nurturing and analytics experience across funnel stages.
• Financial services domain understanding for qualification progress.
• Hands-on Claude or similar AI tools for research and summarization.
• Analytical rigor with data reconciliation and QA.
• Excellent written and spoken communication with stakeholders.
• Ability to operate in a regulated privacy environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze marketing and sales lead performance end to end across stages.
• Build SQL/Databricks queries and dashboards for reviews.
• Support campaign planning with segment and audience analysis.
• Conduct market research using Claude and other AI tools with sourcing.
• Prepare and enrich contact data with suppression and data rules.
• Validate data against Salesforce and source systems and document logic.
• Present findings clearly to Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and leaders.
• Collaborate with U.S. partners and ABC sites to share knowledge.
