Job summary

SGS is seeking a Market Intelligence & Data Analyst Specialist in the Philippines to empower market insights, lead qualification, and CRM accuracy. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Commercial Excellence to drive growth, improve pipeline quality and enable data-driven decisions using AI and Power BI.

The role includes developing dashboards, automating processes, and supporting continuous improvement across market intelligence, pre-sales and CRM usage, with an initial onsite period

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
• Min 5 yrs experience in market intelligence, sales support, pre-sales, commercial operations or data analysis/business intelligence.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel and Power BI (including Power Automate); experience designing and developing dashboards, data visualizations and business reporting solutions is highly desirable.
• Comfortable working with Salesforce CRM and digital systems including supporting reporting, dashboard creation and data analysis.
• Demonstrates a strong analytical mindset with the curiosity and discipline to investigate details, validate information and follow data through to clear, reliable conclusions.
• Practical experience using AI and generative AI tools to enhance research, data analysis, process efficiency and productivity is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize growth opportunities through market and customer analysis using market sizing and opportunity assessment.
• Qualify leads based on commercial relevance and potential value, enriching leads with market context before handover to Sales.
• Contribute to high-quality data management in Salesforce and development of reports and dashboards.
• Provide pre-sales support and research to enable faster, more accurate opportunity assessment.
• Lead or support process improvements using AI, Power Automate and analytics to enhance efficiency.
