The role requires hands-on data work, attention to data quality, and the ability to explain findings concisely to business stakeholders while complying with privacy and data-handling

Qualifications

• Expert SQL with complex joins, window functions, and funnel logic.
• Extensive Salesforce experience: Leads, Accounts, Opportunities, dashboards.
• Lead nurturing analytics: journey design, scoring, attribution.
• Claude or similar AI tools for research with citations and validation.
• Analytical rigor: reconciling numbers, verifying conclusions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze marketing and sales lead performance across sources, journeys, and channels.
• Build and maintain SQL and Databricks queries, datasets, and dashboards for reviews.
• Support campaign planning with segment and audience analysis; measure against targets.
• Conduct market research using Claude and other AI tools with validated outputs.
