Job summary

St Trinity Property Group is seeking a Business Analyst to own how our systems, data and processes work together. You will gather requirements, design and automate workflows, build dashboards and train staff, with AI at the core of day-to-day work.

You will bridge business and tech, turning complex problems into clear, working solutions while leading AI-powered initiatives and maintaining data quality across platforms.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a business analyst role covering both functional and technical BA work.
• Daily use of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot or similar) to accelerate analysis, docs and builds.
• Hands‑on experience building AI-powered automations using APIs, Make.com, Zoho Flow, Zapier, etc.
• Sound judgement on AI output quality, data privacy and when human review is needed.
• Administration of at least one major CRM (Zoho CRM preferred; Salesforce or HubSpot acceptable).
• Experience building workflow automations and integrations (APIs, webhooks, JSON, low‑code tools).
• Strong data skills: Excel/Google Sheets (advanced), SQL, and a BI tool (Zoho Analytics, Power BI, Looker Studio or Tableau).
• Experience managing projects with defined scope and timelines using Zoho Projects, Jira or Asana.
• Experience writing requirements, user stories, process maps (BPMN/swimlane) and SOPs.
• Experience delivering user training and supporting adoption of new systems.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-led delivery: design AI-powered workflows and write prompts.
• Accurately evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, tone and risk.
• Run stakeholder workshops to capture requirements and success criteria.
• Map current/future state processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Create BRDs, functional specs, user stories and data models.
• Build and maintain dashboards, KPIs and recurring reports.
• Plan and deliver system and process projects end to end.
• Design and implement workflow automations and integrations.
• Administer core platforms: users, roles, permissions and templates.
• Prepare SOPs, guides and training materials for system changes.
• Lead and mentor junior analysts and offshore staff.
