REED ELSEVIER SHARED SERVICES (PHILIPPINES) INC. is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to drive AI-enabled transformation and process optimization.

You will partner with business, technology, and data teams to redesign workflows, implement intelligent automation, and enable data-driven decision making. Responsibilities include requirements elicitation, process redesign, change management, and governance for AI-enabled operations across global teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Process Improvement, Digital Transformation, or related roles.
• Strong experience in process mapping and workflow redesign.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Generative AI tools (preferred) and automation technologies.
• Experience with AI-related automation projects (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into actionable requirements for AI-enabled workflows and automation.
• Lead process mapping and improvement initiatives to identify inefficiencies and design optimized workflows.
• Define workflows for collaboration between automation and human expertise ensuring quality and compliance.
• Support adoption of agentic and digital workflows through stakeholder engagement and training across global teams.
• Use analytics to measure automation impact and guide continuous improvement.
• Assist in designing AI-ready operating models aligned with organizational goals.
• Apply AI tools to aid analysis, documentation, and ideation to improve deliverables.
• Explore new AI capabilities to drive workflow innovation and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to responsible AI adoption through governance and fairness considerations.
• Share best practices and reusable workflow components across units.
