Job summary

Relx Plc in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to partner with the Director of Business Analysis and drive AI-enabled capabilities across Global Operations. You will shape automated workflows, redesign processes, and support change management to improve speed, quality, and user experience.

You will collaborate with technology and data teams, develop metrics, and promote an AI-ready culture while ensuring governance and human oversight in automation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in business analysis, process transformation, or digital operations.
• Demonstrated success leading end-to-end process mapping and workflow improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to measure and communicate performance improvements.
• AI focused requirements: redesigning processes to enable agentic and AI driven automation.
• Experience working with AI or automation tools such as low-code platforms, RPA, process mining, or similar technologies.

Responsibilities

• Business Analysis and Requirements Elicitation: translate business needs into actionable requirements guiding AI-enabled workflows.
• Process Redesign and Value Stream Mapping: lead mapping and improvement initiatives to identify inefficiencies and design optimized agentic workflows.
• Human–Agent Collaboration Design: define workflows enabling collaboration between automation and human expertise.
• Change Management and Stakeholder Alignment: enable adoption of agentic and digital workflows through engagement, communication, and training.
• Data-Driven Decision-Making: use analytics and metrics to validate assumptions and measure automation impact.
• Operating Model Awareness: support AI-ready operating models aligned with organizational goals.
• AI Fluency: maintain knowledge of agentic systems and AI technologies and apply them to rethink workflows.
• AI-Enabled Analysis and Workflow Support: use AI tools to support analysis, summarization, documentation, ideation, and workflow design.
• AI Experimentation and Innovation: explore new AI capabilities for workflow improvement.
• Ethical AI and Governance Awareness: contribute to responsible AI adoption with governance frameworks.
• Reusable Pattern Design and Knowledge Sharing: share best practices across business units.
• Collaboration and Delivery: work with cross-functional partners to deliver transformation outcomes.
