Job summary

St Trinity Property Group is seeking a Business Analyst to own how our systems, data and processes work together—from requirements to automation, reporting and training, with AI central to daily work.

You will bridge business and tech, map processes, write specs, build AI-powered workflows, maintain dashboards, and lead data-driven improvements across CRM and operational systems. Strong English and hands-on AI experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a business analyst role covering functional and technical BA work.
• Hands-on experience building AI-powered automations using APIs and low-code tools.
• Experience administering at least one major CRM (Zoho CRM preferred).
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-led delivery to speed up requirements, documentation and build work.
• Map processes, write BRDs and technical specs, and validate delivered work.
• Build dashboards, KPIs and reports for leadership and operations.
• Plan and deliver system projects end to end with clear milestones.
• Design and maintain automations and integrations across platforms.
