St Trinity Property Group is seeking a Business Analyst to connect systems, data and processes, from requirements to automation, reporting and training. The role centers on AI-enabled workflows,BRD/functional specs, and hands-on data quality across CRM and operations.

The candidate will run workshops, map current and future states, and translate business needs into system designs, while delivering training and governance for AI-enabled improvements across the tech stack.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a business analyst role covering functional and technical BA work
• Demonstrated daily use of AI tools to accelerate analysis, documentation and build work
• Hands-on experience building AI-powered automations via APIs, prompts and low-code tools
• Strong data skills: Excel/Sheets, SQL and BI tools
• Excellent written and spoken English

Responsabilités

• AI-led delivery: use AI tools daily to speed up requirements, documentation and testing
• Design and deploy AI-powered workflows and integrations
• Write, test and maintain prompts and templates; evaluate AI output for accuracy
• Map processes and translate needs into system configurations
• Build dashboards, KPIs and recurring reports
• Plan and deliver system and process projects end to end
• Create SOPs, user guides and training materials
• Lead and mentor analysts and admins
