Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review and process invoices with validation of supplier details, PO, and invoice data.
• Release invoices for payment timely and ensure pay runs are completed.
• Follow up on requisitions to resolve invoice issues per AP guidelines.
• Suggest process improvements to reduce helpdesk queries.
• Adhere to internal compliance policies and daily operations.
• Perform daily internal audits to ensure invoices and queries follow guidelines.
