Genpact Ltd. is seeking a Sr. Associate in F&A – AP to process and validate invoices, ensure timely payments, and maintain strong controls in a dynamic environment. The role includes reviewing supplier details, POs, and compliance while coordinating with requisitions to resolve issues.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Economics or Finance.
• Masters in Finance is a plus.

Mansioni

• Review and process invoices and validate basics: supplier details, PO, bank account, invoice #, date.
• Release invoices for payment timely and accurate; ensure pay runs are completed as per client.
• Follow up on requisitions to resolve invoice issues per AP guidelines.
• Identify opportunities to reduce helpdesk queries and improve processes.
• Adhere to internal compliance policies and conduct daily audits of invoices/queries.
