Qualifications

• End-to-end P2P with multi-country APAC exposure.
• Experience in Supplier Statement Reconciliation.
• Willingness to train peers and share knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee knowledge-based AP activities across Asia Pacific.
• Prepare vendor account reconciliations and investigations.
• Handle escalations promptly and escalate unresolved issues.
• Verify employee expense claims and supporting docs.
• Check expenses against travel policy and budget.
• Conduct training sessions to share AP knowledge.
• Attend meetings to resolve disputed invoices with vendors.
• Prepare payment cycles for special payments.
• Review aging and debit balances bi-monthly.
• Maintain vendor database and drive process improvements.
• Support standardization of AP with automation/AI.
• Ensure compliance with corporate guidelines.
• Deliver timely financial reporting and ad hoc tasks.
